This is a pleated skirt from Ballsey.
I've worn it 2 or 3 times and it's been sitting in my closet.
The pleats are narrow, and the design has a change in the middle.
It's black but has glitter, making it an elegant and華やかな design.
Size is 36.
I usually wear size M or size 9.
The waist is fully elastic.
