Open it up to store cigarettes. Close it and the lighter pops open. I have not tested this, I know for a fact it would need lighter fluid, it would probably need a new flint as well. The gold case is not in pristine (but definitely excellent) condition. Comes in a blue bag and box. Very reminiscent of Tiffany.
