This is a little Unisex lapel pin weighing 2 gm. I don't believe the back piece is gold or silver so I took it off when weighing.it is marked 10k.
The Rubies are a nice little size and are faceted not chips. Clear pigeon blood color.
The lettering is PGH. I think it might be a service pin for Prince George's Hospital. I found this in PG County.
