This is a Patagonia fleece vest, likely sold about 30 years ago.
My father bought it for mountain climbing.
It's probably a men's item, but it can be used unisex.

Due to its age, there is some deterioration, stretching, and pilling of the fabric, but it's a sturdy item typical of Patagonia, so I hope someone will wear it.
