In good condition- BRAND NEW WITH TAGS- NEVER BEEN WORN. few loose strings on bottom and throughout the dress that don’t affect quality of dress. Small pulls in fabric that can barely be seen because of pattern. V neck has a loose string and might need a stitch to hold it back into its place- should be very easy to fix. No Stains or tears.
