This is a cardigan from Yohji Yamamoto Femme's 1994 Autumn/Winter ensemble. It's moss green and size M, but it's a big size. Here are the flat measurements, but please note that it's knit and has some stretch, so these are approximate:

Condition: There are some minor pilling due to wear, which is typical for wool knit, and some folds from storage.
