An adorable polka dotted 70s dress! Features a surplice pleated bodice with dolman cut cap sleeves, elastic waist and a flared skirt. Comes with its original patent leather belt. Slips on. Comes in a sunny yellow color with black polka dots. Made from a semi sheer, lightweight poly knit material.

Very good condition with the exception of the elastic noted above, some creasing on the belt, and one small section of the waist has a popped seam. Shown in photos
