Features a sleeveless bodice (with shoulder pads) that has a fold over mini cape creating short flutter sleeves, v-neckline, buttons 3/4 of the way down the front, and a paneled flowy a-line silhouette with flounce hem. Comes in black with a dusty pink floral pattern. Made from a semi sheer chiffon rayon material with a solid black lining.
