Please see pics for details. This dress is special. It does not have any tags, but it feels like the embroidery is done on Thai silk. The velvet feels like a rayon or silk velvet to me. I alone have had this for over a decade and originally purchased this in a vintage store.

>Fit - fits like a comfortable small. It is a pull over the head situation. The elastic waist stretches up to about 30 inches, but I think that a 26/27 inch waist would fit best.
