It is used and in great condition. The label has some light stains, but the leather looks like new. It marks as size xs, but it feels like the size is between small and medium. I wear small size,but it is a little bigger for me. You can return if it doesn't fit you. Total length: 31", sleeve length: 23", chest: 40", waist: 42".
