This is Pentel's Kerry, a Hands Limited Sharp Pencil 0.5mm (Black Barrel).
It features a rolette shaft. Since it is not widely circulated, it is considered rare.
I have used it a few times and then stored it at home. There are some small scratches and dents from storage, but there are no issues with usage.
The rolette part has slightly faded paint, but I don't believe there are any noticeable scratches or dirt.
The eraser on the knock part has been used.
