This gorgeous blue and white (delft) lighter was made in Holland by Delft's Blauw - Agro. Stamped 535. It does not appear it has ever been used and is recommended for decor. The metal lighter button clicks wonderfully! Has not been tested with fuel. It's rather large, measuring about 5 long.
