Heavy duty tactical bag. Pockets inside and out. The strip of ribbon on the front are for hanging items from. It has a drawstring to cinch it up before you close the flap. There is a Velcro strip on the outer flap to put the Army/Navy Name Badge strip. This bag is green in color with black on the very bottom.
