Preowned vintage condition. The sleeve is heavily damaged torn and worn but still holds the book. It is included. The leather bound book has wear on corners. The leather still feels great. There is aging and browning of pages and spots. For a nearly 50 year old book, it is in decent Preowned vintage condition. But only your opinion matters so please view pictures to determine if acceptable for you. One could spend easily spend so much enjoyable time browsing the art and Illustrations, they are vivid and so beautiful. The painting illustrations have a nice texture to them.
