Some wear on gilt edges, consistent with age
Classic Art Nouveau lines and ornate handles with gilt
Hand painted pink roses and leaves
Light blue crackle-effect painted turquoise and black angled sides
Rich black and gold bands at bottom and top with scrollwork
Square opening - almost Grecian looking
Bottom is marked with the green “Hand Painted Nippon wreath mark, confirming its authenticity and era
What fine craftsmanship! Exquisite Japanese export porcelain from the late Meiji era--great for collectors of Art Nouveau etc!
