This is from the one and only time Druzey Amethyst was discovered anywheres within the Kalahari Manganese Fields of South Africa. Thats really saying something as so many discoveries are found there steadily over many years. This is a particularly special piece for the find as well. It is growing as a Stalactite which most specimens were not growing as. The color saturation is excellent for the locality as well. This piece really sparkles in the Sun. This is one feature photos fail to capture. Aesthetic buildup, rare growth habit and superb color saturation!
