Included in this lot are five vintage almost antique dance cards. All are from fraternities - with dances at different locations, including the one at the racetrack (that one has some damage to the back cover. )
The one with the Mary Poppins type lady on the front also has a stain on the back cover. Also an adorable note in that one that says Fred Harvey absolutely and completely perfect I hope she married him and they were very happy.
The one with the crest for the mid winter formal dance has a metal cover and back
From AI:
This product is a set of five Dance Cards from the 1930s, each featuring a metal cover with the Alpha Sigma formal design. The cards are manufactured in the United States and come with a pencil for jotting down notes or sketches. These vintage ephemera items are a unique collectors' piece that would be perfect for those interested in Greek culture and historical dance events from the early 20th century.
