Brand new. The actual color is between stock photos and mine. I describe it as wine. Less red than stock photos, less purple than mine. Black is just to show some wearing possibilities. I buy wholesale just like any normal boutique AND I consign items (that means I am selling for other people for a commission). Therefore, there are minimums I can sell for, and most money goes to the owner while the rest pays my rent and business expenses and employees.
