Beautiful handmade artisan piece made of sterling silver with 3 green stones tested as emeralds possibly lab made or natural I cannot say for sure. Metal tested and passed for silver. Pre-owned condition some surface scratches. Beautiful unique piece. Measures 2 1/2 long 1 wide.
