This adorable embroidered leather purse was purchased in Afghanistan around 1970.It is embroidered on both sides with a tasseled zipper enclosure and four metal feet on the bottom. Inside there are two pockets. This bag has been well loved and has some stains and wear comparable to its age. Inside stain on pocket along with ink on bottom. A small rip near zipper and wear and pen mark on the outside edges and the leather handles. Also paint scratched off of 2 of the metal tacks on the outside. Please see photos. I have not tried to clean this purse. I don’t want to create any harm. It’s so cute and not necessarily fragile but more delicate than the vintage purses I usually encounter.
