Made by the Jean Pouyat factory in Limoges, France between 1891-1932. Beautifully hand painted featuring richly colored grapes and leaves on all sides on an autumn colored background. The handle is in the form of a raised dragon that works his way around the tankard including his four feet and long tail painted in gold. The scalloped spout also is trimmed in gold.
There are no chips or cracks but please check out all pictures. In exceptional condition for its age! It also will need to be cleaned before displaying.
Would make a beautiful vase!
