Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche coat. I believe it was from the highly popular Tom Ford era.
I hope the images convey this, but it's very carefully crafted, such as the quilted lining. The belts on both sleeves and the waist have the logo engraved on them.
I've taken good care of it, so it's in beautiful condition.
