This is a Tyrolean coat with a belt. It's size 1, but it fits oversized even on a normally built person at 168cm.
It is quite warm, and the unique design/color stands out in winter, allowing you to create a styled look that is not common among others.
Additionally, the arm area has plenty of room, so you can comfortably wear it even with a knit underneath.
You might be hesitant about the color at first, but surprisingly it blends in well, and it's easy to style, so I recommend it.
