Samsung budget 7, worth about 75 dollars new and this one is refurbished
Also, I know one of the photo show it turned on, so I don’t feel like charging it and it does not come with the charger however, if it doesn’t work, you can just send it back I turned it on last week though, and it seemed to work just fine.
