It's been used in our home for 5 years is been a good couch. We just got newer couches so no longer need it. It was used when I got it so not sure how old it is, I deep cleaned it and have kept it clean and covered with a couch cover since. I don't have a measuring tape but it's 2 cushions wide and pulls out into a full size bed, the pull out bed has never been slept on a far as I know.
