This red vase has white contrasting white elongated and somewhat abstract shapes which are characteristic of some mid- century modern (mcm) Murano designs. The white shapes appear to be “cased” within the red glass, a technique where layers of different colored glass are applied. It stands 11 inches tall and is in very good condition. There is a picture that I have shown that shows an indentation at the bottom which I believe could be from when the vase was made. A beautiful vase. Thanks for stopping.
