This is a rare Diamondback Tactical (DBT) LOW VIS RACK LV1 chest rig in Multicam. As shown in the photos, there are a few areas of fraying, but they are not very noticeable and do not affect its usability. Since DBT has gone out of business, I believe it would be difficult to obtain a new one.
