It does have the clips inside the little hair clipped the old-fashioned tortoise hair clips. It measures approximately 8 inches. It does have a little bit of stretch, but as you see, it’s meant to sit on the head very beautifully. It’s been meticulously stored. This is a one-of-a-kind piece very definitely a vintage piece real for a real leopard. Enjoy. I do have leopard gloves, but of course they’re not real leopard skin and I have many many other hats no smoking no pet home meticulously stored in a climate controlled room. This is a rare one so be sure to grab it. If you really love it. I haven’t seen any like it at all.
