My head doesn't include eyebrows! (It has the holes but is covered by fabric.) Please do not purchase if you are expecting good visibility. Feel free to DIY that part if you want that.
The head WILL require DIY if you want to wear this without issues. Mine is stuffed for just display reasons.

The head will come exactly as I got it in the mail, minus the original packaging as I will pack it safer.
