The person I got this from said that it was very close to being complete and was maybe missing two ot three figures, but there are also some added figures from expansion pack.
Sorry. It's too much time for me to go through and match up all the cards with the figures.
There is a poster that comes with it that shows 32 pieces.
Unknown how many is a complete set.
