Vintage Vera Bradley long skirt with an elastic / comfort waistband and a tie sash. I believe the pattern to be Regal Blue from 1987. Please do your own research if the pattern name is important to you.
There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a womens size medium. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit.
