The Velvet witch hat has chin straps that have snaps that are adjustable on the velvet witches hat.
There’s wire in the hat if you want to bend it over a little or stick straight up. Paid 20

The velvet tulle cape fit my 8 yr old but also could fit much smaller because of the style. Paid 23

Dress was made custom and is an eggplant color, velvet material.
15 1/2 inches for sleeve length
37 inches for the length of the dress
About 24 inches around the tightest part of the waist.
I paid 50 for the dress
My daughter wore this when she was 8 but I would say this size is somewhere between 6-7 or a petite 8 yr old.
