Wide square neckline with capped sleeves. Sleeves can be worn up or off shoulder with elastic at seams. Buttons from neck to waist. Elastic at waistband. Full skirt has three tiers. Hem hits above the knee. In Great condition with light wear. No major flaws found. Please inspect photos to see condition. Shown clipped on 5'11 size 4/6 mannequin.
