The Undertaker is not. I got his during WM39 weekend in LA and left in a rush after as I was late to Mania night 1 and forgot to get it authenticated.
BUT please refer to the photo I uploaded of the actual ticket I purchased for him autograph that weekend from Fiterman.

The belt is in amazing condition. Plates are clean, no real scratches or damage.
Behind the belt there are some creases but front is very clean of creases.
It hasn’t been worn much and has spent most of its time flat.
There is no bag.
