Brand new, never used Lemax Spooky Town Gothic Haunted Mansion Haunted House. Tested, and it lights up and plays sounds! Very cute!
Despite this being the first time out of the box, a piece of fence somehow had broken when in storage or maybe even when purchased, not sure. There are some small knicks from it rattling in the box, but is unnoticeable and the fence piece can be repaired. When trying to take it out of the package, the bottom styrofoam broke on both sides. The box was in too poor condition so it will not be included. The elastic and velcro carrying/storage strap is included. Otherwise, no other defects could be determined.
Please check photos for reference to any and all wear and damages. Please be aware that I am an amateur in assessment, and there MAY POTENTIALLY BE damages that had been overlooked. Please be aware, I do have cats, so if allergic, purchase with caution.
