I'm selling an On The Fringe 2001 line dress. It is a Jr size xs. I'm calling this a DIY Project dress. The main dress is in excellent condition. Someone before me removed the label and added a zipper up the back. It needs reinforcement. This dress is fitted. My dress form is 34-21-35. Since it doesn't have the Lip Service tags and needs some TLC to the zipper stitching, I'm listing it lower than if it was in prefect condition.
