This is a gorgeous high low ruby red halter dress from Ribkoff, a designer out of Canada. I am 5’3” and the low part of the skirt hits right above my ankles, and the skirt itself has a slit. The collar also has a button detailing, as pictured! Hope this helps somebody, please reach out for any questions! I do not wear this dress any longer, I only previously wore it once.
