It's black, but the cotton-based material is light, feels smooth, and is comfortable to wear♪
It's made like a wrap carrot skirt, so you can wear it in two ways:
① Cover the front panel over the pants part for a dress-like look.
② As shown in photos 3 and 4, flip up the front panel and fasten it with a belt to wear it as a romper!!
As shown in photo 8, there's a frill on the underside of the front panel to create draping when worn with the front panel flipped up.

The material is like twill, and there are some areas where slight wear and tear can be seen from rubbing during storage in the closet, but it's hardly noticeable when worn.
