This is a Mother Garden cash register.
There are no missing parts, but there are some folds in the bills, paint peeling around the keyhole, and faint writing in the name section of the credit card.
Also, the register can be opened with the Open button, but it's a bit difficult to open due to a snag. Upon checking, it seems to be opened using a rubber band, so the rubber part may be deteriorated.
