Likely made at the Phoenix Works, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
No backstamp, which is not unusual for this period.
(This pattern is also listed by at least one source as a Minton pattern.)
Very Good Pre-owned Condition. Three small 'bumps' on the rim, possibly from grains of sand under the glaze. On the bottom, one 1/8 chip and one 1/2 place where the glaze did not cover. See photos.
