These were the most exciting treasure that I ever found. The gold is inlaid. These earrings are circa 1850, so they are 170 years old. They measure 1 & 1/2 from top of the drop to the bottom, not including earwire. They are hallmarked on the earwire. All pieces were made like these, with the earwire attached into the top piece of the earrings. There is wear, some of the tiny gold pieces are missing, and the bone parts are un-even. But, this is your chance to really own a piece of history. Crown Jewel of any collection.
