FLYING SAUCER 1947 was released in 2007 under the name HARRY HOSONO & THE WORLD SHYNESS. This work is a masterpiece album featuring cover songs selected by Haruomi Hosono himself, as well as new songs, and it also won the Arts Encouragement Award from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The LP version was also released in 2013, but it has become a rare item in the used record market and is difficult to obtain. This time, the cutting was handled by the master craftsman, Tohru Kotetsu.
