This is New without tags! It is perfect in every way except on the inside flap there is a scuff that is very faint but I wanted to make sure you knew it was there. I

The purse chain was resting against this area and that is where the stuff came from. There's no other stains or damage and again this is New Without the original tag just the plastic tag holder.
