For sale I have a 80 Adidas Team USA tracksuit in excellent used condition.
The Jacket is a sz L and fits like a Slim Large or lose Medium.
Pants are also a size L but they fit as if they were XXL .
They do have drawstrings so you can definitely tighten them back to a L or whatever you want it to.
