This is a *Limited Edition*, signed, framed, print on canvas by Disney artist Greg McCullough featuring the Haunted Mansion! This measures 21.5 x30 with the frame and includes the certificate of authentication (# 21of 295). This is a high quality print, it does not have texture, though it looks like it does due to the detailed shadows printed on the image. This piece sold for 520, before prices increased. This is new, never has been displayed, only sat in the box in the closet. The artist no longer sells this Haunted Mansion image as of last year, so you will not find this in stores.
