For references:
I wear a size 8 in women’s shoes. I will say, the size 7 is a bit too tight on me. I’ve tried breaking it in after a few wears but I haven’t made it past an hour in them every single time because it’s too small. I have the size 7.5 and it fits me perfectly. I will say, they run half a size too big. I have tried the size 8 and it was a bit loose in the heel.
