This is a Cast Iron Balance scale 10 grams that does work. It is like the Oahu's model but it is thought to be made by Fisher Scientific Instruments. There is a place for a stand that has the bolt for securing.
The scales are made of milk glass. It is about 14 inches long and about 8 3/4 tall. The milk glass scales are 6 inches round.
It is in good vintage condition.
