I purchased this in December 2022, but hardly used it.
The other day, when I turned it on after a long time, it wouldn't start unless it was plugged in, suggesting a battery problem. Otherwise, it functions perfectly.
*Note: I consulted support and tried various troubleshooting steps, but they concluded that a battery replacement is the best solution.*
