Shotaro Ishinomori, Shotaro Ishimori, SHOTARO ISHINOMORI
Real name: Shotaro Onodera. Born in Miyagi Prefecture in 1938. He made his debut in Manga Shonen with Nijyu Tenshi while still in high school. After moving to Tokyo, he released hit works one after another. In 1989, he announced the Manga Declaration which showed the new possibilities of manga and manga artists, and called himself a Manga Artist . He won the Japan Cartoonists Association Award Grand Prize, the same Ministry of Education Award, the Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize Special Award, and other awards. He died in January 1998.

**Condition**
Due to age, there is some yellowing, wear and tear on the cover, but overall it is in good condition.
*There is some damage to the dust jacket.
