I purchased this brand new for around 60,000 yen on Mercari about a year ago.

I have played it myself about twice.
This seems to be a limited live DVD that was only sold at a men-only two-man live event held a few years ago featuring Misanthrope and La'veil MizeriA.
Apparently, only men were allowed on that day, so it's a rare item that doesn't circulate much.
It's a very valuable item, and it's in good condition, so I'm honestly hesitant to sell it, so I've set the price a bit high.
